What is EFQM?
The European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) is a non-profit organisation founded in 1988. EFQM currently has 500 members covering over 50 different sectors. More than 30,000 organisations worldwide use the EFQM Model.

EFQM Excellence Model, introduced in its revised version in 2020, is a highly regarded framework for achieving organizational excellence. It provides organizations with a comprehensive structure to assess and improve their performance across seven key criteria: Direction, Execution, and Results. These criteria encompass various aspects of organizational culture, leadership, stakeholder engagement, value creation, performance management, and future readiness.
